SHIPPING POLICY

We send your art through trusted couriers. They are tracked and insured so that they get to you in one piece.

Shipping charges are stated at checkout, charges vary by location, within UK is £7

All our artworks are professionally packed so as to ensure safe passage. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number. We aim to ship all orders within a maxium of 5 working days, please let us know if your order is urgent.

Be sure to check any relevant international charges, taxes or customs before you purchase, as we are not responsible for the payment of these.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We obviously hope you will love your artwork and that it will arrive in perfect condition. In the case of Damaged packaging, please do not open and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once your art has arrived you have 24 hours to inspect it for damage caused in transit. Take any photos of damage and send them to us.

In the case of a change of mind to receive a full refund the item must be returned to us in the same state it was received, with original packaging, please let us know within 24hours of delivery and the parcel must be returned within 14 days. Store credit will appear on the the next working day after the parcel has been received, refunds will take up to 14 days to process. At present we cannot accept worldwide returns.
